International Salon - How to Read A City, Your Place of Last Resort
Book launch events
With gratitude to support from the Neilma Sidney Literary Travel Fund, ahead of the salon book launch at Four Winds on 15 August, I will soon be embarking on an international tour of my short poetry collection, How to Read A City, Your Place of Last Resort.
From Writers Victoria:
“Since 2017, the Neilma Sidney Literary Travel Fund has provided access to professional development travel opportunities for emerging, mid-career and established Australian writers and literary sector workers.
On behalf of the Myer Foundation, the judges of this round and the Writers Victoria team, we are delighted to announce the recipients of Round 14 Neilma Sidney Literary Travel Fund.
We received 169 applications from across Australia. After much deliberation, the judges awarded nine successful recipients.”
About the European Salon:
Join us for an evening of poetry, music, conversation, and community as we celebrate the launch of Elizabeth’s new work alongside readings from emerging voices from special guests.
Books will be available for purchase on the night, with an opportunity to meet the writers.
